Grid is back online

01:26

Mistress Dalgato

The grid is still offline, so no local members should be able to log in. In a few hours the grid is able t be restarted. When the server wigs out to where i cant log into it, my guy steve has to fix.

16:01

micawood

There's an avatar stuck in my region. It's not one of mine.

08:50

Mistress Dalgato

Grid has not been offline for 3 days, I was in world recently. Grid should be back online sometime today. It may take mid morning or early afternoon.

02:31

micawood

angelstelar

00:44

micawood

angelstar. I think that's the name of a friend from SL who created an account on VB. I don't know if he did it correctly. And about the grid being offline, it's been offline for 3 days already.

00:43

Mistress Dalgato

I will look into it when I get home.

00:33

Hi mistress, how are you? I have a question. Is the grid under maintenance or is it the server? And there's something else. A friend of mine from SL just created an account on VB and is online, but I think he entered the wrong grid. That's why I have this question.

00:04

Angelstelar

hola

23:57

Mistress Dalgato

As posted on Opensimworld the server is offline until it can be restarted. that means the grid is offline.

13:34

micawood

and since last night i can't log in

13:31

micawood

hi mistress. i can't enter my region

15:00

Mistress Dalgato

I fixed the grid and all should be good. Kay should be able to log in as she was online 1 day ago. Uk is not blocked ever. I added her ip to the whitelist just in case. please message me in world.

21:43

micawood

Hi mistress. I wish you and your family a happy Easter. Well, I'm not going to play now, only tonight, but Grid seems online but I can't log in and it's not my connection because Kay Car can't log in either. The worst part is that she gets a blocked message because of spam. She's from the UK.

11:25

Mistress Dalgato

Hi, I am not working on your region, it should be fine.

21:38

micawood

hi mistress. are you working on my region ?

Mistress Dalgato

Hi Mica, robust was offline, please try again. I fixed the issue.

16:44 (edited)

micawood

Hi mistress. The grid seems online but I can't log in. If the grid is online then my AV got stuck when I logged out.

15:47

Mistress Dalgato

I would check your internet connection

00:50

micawood

I got it, but only after uninstalling and reinstalling Firestorm.

21:32

micawood

I have an AV account on Osgrid with the same name and I can log in with it, but when I try to teleport to VB I get disconnected.

21:21

micawood

Hi mistress. I can't. Every time I try, I crash and the message "Bugsplat: crash report send or not" appears.

20:33

Mistress Dalgato

Hi, Micawood, I was successfully able to log into your region. Please try again.

19:19

micawood

Hi mistress. I've been trying to log in since yesterday and I can't. Every time the login process starts, I get disconnected. Sometimes I manage to log in but then I get disconnected seconds later. I don't know if you're aware that this is happening.

10:19

Mistress Dalgato

I fixed her log in name, she should be good to go.

14:39

micawood

Hi mistress. I'm helping a friend from SL move to VB. She's already followed all the steps, including creating the account, but she can't log in. It's been about two hours since she created the account. I don't know what name she's using, but could you see the most recently created avatar and tell me if she entered the name correctly?

14:04

micawood

Insilico club opening party. Today at 12:00 slt time.

12:30

Mistress Dalgato

Grid is back online

14:15

Mistress Dalgato

Just a reminder to new users, make sure your log in name has a space in between, it must be two words.
